When I was first diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2019, I knew nothing about the disease, and I initially had no support outside of my family and doctors. I felt very alone, and was really looking for a mentor, someone who could help me understand, anticipate, and navigate PD who had personal experience doing so. Four years later, I now feel as though I have learned enough and have had enough personal experiences which I think who help others as they travel down the same path I did.
